At Māliee™, we aim to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
How long does delivery take? (Processing time + shipping time)
The delivery time consists of two periods, unless faster shipping is indicated during the ordering process.
1) Processing time (1-2 business days):
Order confirmation, adjustments, quality check, packing.
Within 12-24 hours after ordering, your order will be reviewed and approved. For products requiring customization, it typically takes about 1-2 days to produce, ensure quality, and pack the item.
2) Shipping duration (approximately 7-10 business days depending on the country):
The time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it will take:
- US & Canada: 7-10 business days*
- Europe: 7-10 business days*
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days*
to be delivered to the destination.
- All shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays. During peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, delays may occur.

What does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
US & Canada:
1.) Free standard shipping (with tracking)
2.) Express shipping (with tracking) for 8.90 USD
European Union:
1.) Free standard shipping (with tracking)
2.) Express shipping (with tracking) for 6.90 EUR
Germany:
1.) Free standard shipping (with tracking)
2.) Express shipping (with tracking) for 4.90 EUR
For bundle products, individual items may be shipped separately; in this case, no additional shipping costs are incurred for the customer, as they are included in the bundle price.
We are not liable for delivery delays and do not refund shipping costs in case of delays.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as the packing and processing of your order begins immediately upon order receipt.
Are there customs fees?
YES AND NO: In very rare exceptions, depending on which warehouse our products are shipped from, the recipient may be asked by the delivering company to pay customs fees. We assume no liability for customs or import charges in such exceptional cases; the costs are to be borne entirely by the buyer and are not refunded in case of returns.
