§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all
deliveries between us and a consumer in their valid form at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders through our online shop; www.maliee.de / www.maliee.shop

(3) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer from us, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order takes place in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the buttons "Order" or "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" or similar clear phrases.
- Review of the details in the cart.
- Confirmation of the button "Proceed to Checkout" or "Pay Now" or "Purchase" or similar clear phrases.
- Login to the online shop after registering and entering the login details (email address, billing & delivery address).
- Final review or correction of the entered data.
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the button "Order with payment" or "Buy" or "Pay," or similar clear phrases.
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer details are collected by using the "Back" button in their internet browser and correcting input errors, or they can cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately through an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details via email. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time here.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs, as well as customs and import duties, may apply.
Any applicable customs and import duties are to be borne and paid directly by the buyer; we accept no costs for this.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via prepayment, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay & Google Pay. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options as necessary.
(3) If the consumer chooses prepayment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately (plus processing time of 1-2 days). The estimated delivery time is within 12-14 business days. For payment by prepayment, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the bank assigned with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day. Longer delivery times may occur due to factors outside our control.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon delivery of the item.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price is received.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. §7 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§8 Language of the Contract
The language of the contract is exclusively English.
